Cancellation Policy

Transparent and fair rules for cancellations and refunds.

Standard Cancellation

For most bookings, you can cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Period

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.

Admin Review Process

All cancellation requests for paid bookings are reviewed by our administration team. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or TS wallet.

Host Cancellations

In the rare event that a host needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a 100% refund immediately, and our support team will help you find an alternative stay.
